While Mother Nature has so far spared Quebec, we are not out of the woods for more snow to come. Currently, our thoughts are with the residents of Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, who have recently endured the first major storm of the year, receiving over 150 cm of snow.

NEW FEATURES:

Operator Notes on Tablet 

It is now possible to access notes left by your operators. Through the "Operation > Map" menu, on the right panel, a 4th icon has been added. At the moment, you can only view notes entered on the tablets, but we are working on other features to further enhance the organization of these notes.

To transfer your summer contracts for the current year, follow these steps : 

• Access your web portal.
• Select "Lawn".
  
• Go to "Management > Company".
  
• Click on  "Clone contracts to 2024", located at the top right.

TABLET MAINTENANCE

Alcatel Tablet Replacement

Please make sure to check the model of your tablets (especially if they are over 3 years old) and replace them before the 2024/2025 season. Contact us for more information.

Tablet Repairs

We have observed that some clients choose to replace their tablet’s motherboard rather than buying a new device. We strongly discourage this approach because a new motherboard might not be compatible with our software.
