FEATURES
Manual Visit Activation:
You can now activate the "Allow manual visit" option through the Management > Company. This feature allows your operators to initiate a manual visit from their tablet,
turning a yellow geocoding to green with a simple click. By default, this option is deactivated. Be sure to activate it for each company and season (snow or lawn) as needed.

Dispatch Type Update:
The dispatch type "Spreading" has been removed, leaving only "Abrasive." This change simplifies the available options, making the selection process clearer and more aligned with industry practices.

Pickets Removal
For
successful pickets removal, here are the steps to follow on the tablet:

1. Select the service type --> Pickets Removal
2. Choose the route
3. Click on the geocoding and press "Complete."

In the Contract "Summary" tab, the date and time of the stake removal will be automatically recorded.

Summer Contract Management: Quick GuideÂ
Â
For existing users of the summer portal (Landscaping):
Year Update: Go to Management > Config to adjust the administrative and operational year to the current one.
Contract Cloning: In
Management > Company, click on the "Clone contracts to year X" button at the top right to copy your summer 2023 contracts to 2024. If step 1 is completed correctly, the button should read "Clone contracts to 2024."
Client Access: Once activated, choose the "Lawn" portal instead of "Snow " and find your clients in the Client menu.

Differentiating Between New Clients and Winter Clients Transitioning to Summer Services:
New Client: Not listed in the Clients menu, meaning they have not yet received a service.
Add a new client by selecting the "+Client" button.
Create a  new quote via the "Quotation" button.

Existing Winter Client: Use the search function (magnifying glass) to find the client and create a new quotation for your summer services. The contract will appear with a leaf
icon. Â
FRIENDLY REMINDER
New Address for Sending Cheques
Effective immediately, all CHEQUES must be SENT to 935 Lippmann Street, Laval, H7S 1G3. We kindly ask you to update your records accordingly.

Alcatel Tablet Replacement
Please make sure to check the model of your tablets (especially if they are over 3
years old) and replace them before the 2024/2025 season. Contact us for more information.
