This information is exclusively for users of our summer platform: it is important to activate the tablets you plan to use for the summer season via the Management > Devices menu.

Tablet Migration / Update

This information concerns those who have received an email about migrating or updating their tablet. It primarily targets users of ZTE3 and ZTE4 tablets equipped with Rogers SIM cards (which will need to be replaced with Bell SIM cards). It is important to proceed with migrating your devices as soon as you receive the new Bell SIM cards. We encourage you to act now to update your fleet. Replacement of Alcatel and ZTE 2 Tablets

We urge you to immediately initiate the replacement of your Alcatel and ZTE 2 tablets by placing your orders now. This is necessary to prevent any disruptions due to potential shortages. Be aware that support for these models will cease in September 2024, so it is crucial to ensure your replacements are completed before then.
