Growing your client base:

This season, if you're looking to expand your business but find flyer distribution costly and inefficient, our prospecting tool can help. It allows you to send offers to specific addresses within your area. Simply print the quotes and send them by mail. Success rates typically range from 15% to 20%. TABLET MANAGEMENT

Essential Management

It’s important to clean up any unused or damaged tablets. Delete or deactivate them by visiting: Managing Devices

Migration / Update 

Make sure to update your tablets by the end of September. This update is crucial for compliance and to avoid issues as autumn approaches. Follow the migration guidelines. If you need assistance, contact our customer support team.
 

After the migration, remember to deactivate the tablets after testing to avoid additional fees.


 

Replacing Alcatel and ZTE 2 Tablets

These tablets are reaching the end of their life cycle (the OS is no longer updating, preventing the installation of new FolloSoft features). Complete the update/migration to continue benefiting from the latest functionalities.

Keep your contracts out of spam!

Option 1 – No domaine name:
If you are using a common email address like Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo, FolloSoft will automatically send your emails from an address like {your_company_name}@e.follosoft.com.

This helps prevent your emails from ending up in spam folders.

Option 2 – You have a domaine name (eg : info@follosoft.com):
If you already have your own domain name, please update your email settings by following these steps. This simple change ensures that your emails reach your clients without any issues!

New widget on your portal 

A brand-new widget has been added to the Web Portal to keep you updated with key information.

Whenever you see a small dot next to "news," it means there's new information available for you! Stay connected!
