Tablet Diagnostics - 30 Day Check
90% of issues during the first snowfall stem from connectivity problems or user login errors (PIN). To help you anticipate and resolve these issues, we’ve launched a new diagnostic feature accessible via
Management > Devices. This tool lets you quickly check your tablets' readiness:
Green checkmark: The tablet has connected to LTE with an active user in the last 30 days. Log into the mobile app on each tablet to ensure a green
checkmark appears in your interface.
Red X: Indicates a login and/or connection issues.
Ensure Your Operational Map is Ready
Activated Clients on the Map: Confirm that your clients are active. They must meet four specific conditions to appear—[Details Here].
Validated Routes: Double-check that
your routes are correctly included in geocodings—[Details Here].
If a yellow triangle appears on one of your routes in the OperationsMenu > Map, two scenarios are possible:
1. The geocoding is not included in a route.
2. The geocoding may be overlapping/crossed. Adjust it in the contract (Location tab) if necessary.
To resolve either issue, return to Operations > Map, select your route, and click the pencil icon to edit.
Adjust/move the white point on the geocoding and save. The yellow triangle should disappear. If not, refresh the page—[Details Here].

Dry Run - Route Simulation
Conduct a dry-run simulation on your routes to ensure they work correctly and that all houses appear without yellow triangles. This often-overlooked step is critical for avoiding last-minute tablet issues.
