Snow Alerts - Optimize for Maximum Efficiency Notifying your clients at the right time enhances efficiency by reducing delays and facilitating snow removal. Mastering the system is key to reaping these
benefits.
On the Tablet - (Owners or Supervisors Only) — [Details Here]
Tap the phone icon for the desired route.
The icon will change from white to green, indicating the alert is active.
If you see a yellow triangle on one of your routes, two possibilities exist:
The geocoding is not included in a route.
The geocoding may be overlapping. Adjust this in the contract ("Location" tab) if necessary.
For either case, return to "Operation > Map," edit the route, and adjust the white point on the geocoding. Save, and the triangle should
disappear.
4. Accessing Operator Notes
To view notes left by your operator on the tablet, you now have two options:
Via "Operations > Map"
Via the Web Portal "Reports > Generator" — [Details Here]
After exporting the file, you’ll find this information in the visit details, specifically under column
H.
5. Meaning of Symbols in Contract Logs
Several symbols may appear in the contract logs, either individually or in combination.— [Details Here]
Finger Icon: Manual visit or vehicle in the driveway
Green
Hexagon: Automatic physical visit by the tractor
Arrowed Route Icon: Reversed route
Tablet/PC Icon: Manual notes added (tablet or portal).
