As we edge closer to the winter season, many of you have already made significant progress by completing prospecting, sending out renewals, and securing payments from a good number of your active clients

November 1st billing

Ensure your account is up-to-date with the correct number of devices you will need for the new season to avoid any billing issues scheduled for November 1st. Take time to manage any unused or damaged tablets. Deactivate or delete them. See how [HERE].

Staking

Staking at your clients' locations is imminent. Check out our training video [HERE]. You have 2 options for staking:

Alert Consent Fee

Reminder: As of June 5, 2024, each alert consent transaction between the provider and client costs[ $0.05. These fees will appear on your invoice under "Validation - SMS". [DETAILS HERE].

Tablet Management

Obsolete Devices: Check your Alcatel and ZTE 2 devices. These models are no longer updated and may fail.
Scale Fusion Migration Reminder: As of September 30, all non-migrated devices will not function in the next storm. It's crucial to complete this migration promptly. Contact us if you need help and remember to deactivate your tablets after testing to avoid additional charges.
New Equipment Order: If you need new kits or tablets, please contact us promptly to avoid any delays.

NEW FEATURES & IMPROVEMENTS

1. All action buttons for contracts are now available in both the list view and the specific contract view.

2. Speed up your prospecting with integrated location types and parking widths directly in the contract creation tool.

3. You can now EXCLUDE labels from your broadcasts.

4. Email is no longer mandatory in the payment flow for prospecting contracts (it may appear mandatory, but clearing can proceed without it).

5. On request, (via support@follosoft.com), we can add the city name in the contract list view.

Active Client: 4 criterias to be met for an active contract to appear on the map [HERE]
Mobile User: Ensure all your operators have mobile access created to use the tablet [HERE]
FolloTrac Tablet Training: Become more proficient by watching the video [HERE]
Check Routes: Ensure your routes are correctly included in the geocodings [HERE]
Install/Check Support in Tractors: Ensure the tablet mount is well-positioned and secured, and charging cables are in good condition.
